Cristiano Ronaldo "Ready" for the Super Cup.

Real Madrid Coach Carlo Ancelotti says James Rodriguez and Cristiano Ronaldo could be involved in the European Super Cup against Sevilla.
Ancelotti was speaking after Madrid were beaten 3-1 by Manchester United in the Guinness International Champions Cup in front of a six-figure crowd in the United States.
He told a Press conference that while he was disappointed with the result, he believes it was down to some extenuating circumstances brought about by pre-season.
Ancelotti added that he expects it will be different when the competitive fixtures get underway, starting against Sevilla in Cardiff on August 12.
“We’re not happy with the defeat. I’m sure we’re going to play the European Super Cup with another spirit,” AS reports the Italian as saying.
“These are preparation matches. We haven’t done well but that will change next week.
“We can’t be ready at this time of the season because some players started training a week ago. They’re not in their best condition.
“A day like today is normal because the team isn’t used to playing without Cristiano or others. Returning players will improve our quality.”

Ancelotti added that Ronaldo, who made his first appearance of the summer as a second-half substitute, will be fit to play Sevilla, as will James.
“Cristiano was well so he played 20 minutes. He’s in good physical condition,” Ancelotti continued.
“With a week of training he will be ready for the Super Cup. [James] is training in Valdebebas. He may also be ready for the Super Cup.”
There are some Madrid players still not back in training, including World Cup finalists Angel Di Maria and Sami Khedira, who have both been linked with moves away.
Ancelotti revealed that his contact with the pair has been limited so far this summer, and confirmed Iker Casillas will play against Sevilla despite conceding three goals to United.
“I’ve only spoken with [Di Maria and Khedira] to tell them to be back on August 5,” he confirmed.
“I’m cool with the goals. Casillas will play in the Super Cup and then we’ll see.
“The players have gained fitness [against United]. It’s good after a week of work to have this kind of match.
“We have everything we need in the United States for a good pre-season. It’s important to play against good teams like United.
“The atmosphere was fantastic. We’re not used to playing in front of so many people.”
