Real Madrid and Cristiano Ronaldo gift squad ‘La Décima’ watches

Real Madrid and Cristiano Ronaldo both gifted the squat personalised watches for their ‘La Décima’ Champions League win last May.

 Real Madrid’s watch, the Radiomir Panerai GMT Oro Rosso, is made of gold and comes at a cost of €30,000 each.

The watch also features UCL 2014 inscribed on the back and comes as an additional gift to the €500,000 the players, earned as an additional bonus to winning the tournament.

Cristiano’s gift, a Bulgari watch, comes at a personal cost of €8,200 per timepiece to the reigning Ballon d’Or winner and has a more personal touch with each player’s name inscribed on the back.

It wasn’t just his fellow team-mates in the squad that received the generous gift from Cristiano, but every member of the coaching staff, including the physios and kit men.

Alvaro Arbeloa was the first to show the new watch on his Instagram and Twitter accounts:
